Facts of Famous Diets

You should read about anything you plan to do, and what is the more imprtant than your health to read about it. I will give you all facts about famous diet programs to get the chance to choose the most suitable diet program for you and the most healthy one to not harm your body.
Atkins Diet: The most advertised diet programs and the most hyped eating plane which millions of people have tried it. The basit idea behind this diet is cutting out the carbohydrates while you can eat eggs, steaks and cheese. The bad news is you get no dread or salad with that steak, and you can't touch any vegetables. Cutting out the carbohydrates will force your body to use the stored fat in order to obtain the energy needed through the day.

Grapfruite Diet: You acually canlose your weight with this diet plan which has the basic idea of (Eating Grapfruit Whenover You Can). Drink grapfruit juice with every meal, add grapfruite to cocktails...more and more GRAPFRUITE . It's a very slow diet program but the great thing about it is that you can eat you want and don’t have to change your eating habits at all.
Glycemic Index Diet: Defintion: Carbohydrates that break down rapidly during digestion and are easily converted to glucose have the highest glycemic indexes. Those who break down slowly and gradually release glucose into the blood stream have a low index.
The low glycemic index means that the body absorbs less sugars and starches from foods which fall into this category. The basic idea behind Glycemic Index Diet is that it's better to eat plenty of foods with a low glycemic index because the steady and gradual release of glucose into the blood will provide energy for a longer time while keeping the feeling of hunger at bay.
Coconut Oil Diet: one of fad diet which has no influence on weight loss. This diet is in fact a regular low-carb diet, very similar to Atkins. During the first stage of the diet, users are not allowed to eat any kind of carbohydrates and must do with lean foods, such as eggs, cheese, fish, chicken and up to 10 glasses of water per day.They also have to swallow 2-3 tablespoons of coconut oil per day. the person behind this diet provides no sound explanation for the alleged positive influence of coconut oil on weight loss. it’s not very clear whether the coconut oil plays any kind of role in this diet.
Cabbage Soup Diet: The early version cabbage soup diet featured nothing else than the basic soup. Recent versions have added fruit, vegetables, skimmed milk, lean meat or brown rice to the eating plan in order to help people stick to it for a longer time. Unfortunately, the cabbage soup diet is not a good idea. Many people can't stick to a diet that forces them to starve every day, especially people who have to go work.


Best Body Shaping Exercise Strategies for Women
Body shaping is the wise use of certain principles of exercise, fitness and smart nutrition to manifest desired changes in the body. Much too often, the term is confused with other types of exercise programs that are not conducive to firming and shaping the female body, safely and efficiently.
There are several elements of body shaping, although not all elements apply to all women. Fat removal, cellulite reduction, skin tightening, feminine muscle shaping, inches lost, changes in body composition levels, shaping curvy thighs or a rounder butt, toning up the arms and shoulders, losing stomach flab - these can all fall under the heading of body shaping for women.
Two ladies with very different goals can follow the same type of fitness program while adhering to nutritional plans that are structured to be in line with their goals, and dependent on their starting points, with measurable progress and consistent success.
A woman who is sixty-two pounds over weight and wanting to lose body fat has the same body, a human body, as a woman who is slightly under weight and wants to gain a few pounds of muscle weight and shapely, sexy flesh, through body shaping exercises, while improving her overall level of health and fitness. Although there may be differences in natural physical abilities of coordination or strength they can both do the same type of exercise or workout routine. Differences in caloric intake and the quality of foods eaten will be a key factor that brings each of these women closer to their individual body shaping goals. Goals may range from looking great with no clothes on to being able to fit into a specific clothing size.
On a more spiritual level a body shaping goal may be to 'feel' sexy, confident and full of energy to burn.
Cardiovascular or aerobic exercise may be slightly different. The woman who wants to lose body fat to achieve body shaping results, will devote a larger amount of time to cardiovascular exercise (twenty-five - forty minutes) as compared to the woman who wants to build up certain areas of her body to become more shapely (fifteen - twenty-five minutes).
Some body shaping programs attempt to combine the resistance exercise with cardiovascular or aerobic exercise. While this is not easy, and most programs fall short of doing this successfully, it is quite possible - especially when the body shaping program uses body-weight exercise principles. The benefit of this type of program is extremely conducive to what body shaping is all about.
A body shaping program is not usually found in the gym setting. You either have individual programs of weight training and machine exercises or large group classes doing some form of aerobics with some basic body shaping moves. True body shaping takes advantage of gravity, body-weight and kinesiology to bring about changes in the female body through full body conditioning and targeted muscle shaping exercises and workouts. When these factors are combined properly, you can realistically expect to see definite results within three to four weeks - especially when a moderate amount of attention is payed to nutritional intake and daily calories.
The best body shaping programs should be portable - meaning you can do them anywhere and anytime. Leaving no room for the typical excuses of not sticking with 'the program' and allowing you to make continuous progress toward the body shaping goals you have defined for your body and your self.

The Secrets For Using Weight Loss Hypnosis Successfully
Medical science research at Tufts-New England Medical Center has provided irrefutable evidence that all popular diets work when you stick to them. Atkins - low carb; The Zone - low glycemic index; Ornish - low fat; Weight Watchers - low calorie.
But medical research has provided convincing evidence that very few people can stick to their diet because their appetite is out of control. So to be successful with a diet, weight loss hypnosis can be very effective.
The Webster's Dictionary defines "Appetite" as: "The desire for gratification of some want, craving, or passion." So "appetite" is eating and drinking for relaxation and pleasure.
Don't confuse hunger with appetite. Hunger is defined as "The body's call for nourishment." In other words, when the body needs fuel, that's when you feel true hunger. By that determination, it is practically impossible for anyone to "be hungry" if they are overweight.
However, it is possible for you to have feelings that you interpret as "hunger." And the stomach contracting in expectation of being fed causes those feelings.
When you were a baby and you got upset, your mother would put a nipple into your mouth to pacify you. You would get distracted, become calmer and often go to sleep. That sequence was repeated hundreds of times so that your unconscious mind was programmed: When something goes into your mouth, you get relaxation and pleasure from it.
Now that you are an adult, if you feel anxious or tense, you crave something in your mouth for relaxation and pleasure - food!
People Also Get Cravings and Urges Because Of Conditioning.
When you connect eating with any other action, the other action will trigger cravings for food and a strong compulsion to eat. This is called a conditioned response. For example: If you eat when you watch a movie, you will automatically get an urge to eat each time you go to the movies.
What About Compulsive Overeaters Who Eat Because Of Emotional Reasons?
We define a compulsion as an "irresistible impulse." NLP (neuro-linguistic programming has a presupposition: All behaviors are driven by a positive intention. In other words, our mind only motivates behaviors that benefit or protect us in some way. So in NLP terms, being fat is a behavior when it provides a positive outcome for us.
I'm willing to bet that you are wondering what the positive outcomes of being fat could possibly be. The list of possibilities is as long as the list of people who have an appetite that is out of control. But I'll give you a classic example: A person gets their heart broken in a relationship. So to protect the self from getting the heart broken again, the unconscious motivates the self to gain weight to keep the self out of relationships and prevent another broken heart.
A big secret to eliminating your appetite is reframing. With reframing, we respect the fact that the unconscious is pushing us to eat for relaxation and pleasure. And if we are eating compulsively because being fat is protecting us, we respect that also.
In an NLP reframe we negotiate with our subconscious. In the scenario of eating for relaxation and pleasure, we ask our unconscious mind to assume the responsibility for substituting some alternate behaviors. The substituted behaviors must be as effective and available at providing the same relaxation and pleasure. But they must also be more consciously acceptable to us. When the subconscious mind is motivating us into alternate behaviors that provide the relaxation and pleasure that we require - we lose our appetite on this score.
If you are a compulsive eater we do an additional reframe. We ask your subconscious to assume responsibility for finding and substituting new behaviors in place of being fat. These new behaviors must be as effective and available at providing the same benefits and protections. But they must be activities that are more consciously acceptable to you as an individual. When your unconscious mind is motivating you into alternate behaviors that provide the same benefits that you require, you lose the urges to overeat.
As far as feeling cravings because of conditioning (conditioned responses), we utilize various hypnotic and NLP techniques that erase or "extinguish" those conditioned responses. That breaks the connection between the behaviors, and eliminates the urges and cravings.
Once your appetite has been eliminated and all compulsions to overeat have been overcome, you can easily stick to any diet that you chose on an indefinite basis so that it becomes a permanent lifestyle change.
